At EDRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 21-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • Returned in their original packaging.
  • In a resalable condition.

To request a return or exchange, please email support@edrasports.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. We'll guide you through the process.

International Orders

At launch, all international orders are final sale. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the UK at this time.

Socks

For hygiene reasons, socks can only be returned if they remain unopened and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact support@edrasports.com within the 21-day return period.

Please note that damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

Email support@edrasports.com and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
